Repeals all Georgia laws authorizing automated traffic enforcement safety devices (speed cameras) for enforcing speeding violations in school zones

Prohibits local governments and law enforcement agencies from entering into or renewing contracts for school zone speed camera enforcement on or after July 1, 2027

Removes exceptions in existing radar device regulations that had allowed automated enforcement devices to operate differently from standard speed detection equipment

Eliminates provisions that excluded civil monetary penalties from school zone speed cameras when calculating an agency's total speeding fine revenue (the 35% budget cap)

Phases implementation with the contract prohibition taking effect upon approval and the full repeal of automated enforcement laws taking effect July 1, 2028
