Renames "low THC oil" to "medical cannabis" throughout Georgia law and renames the "Low THC Oil Patient Registry" to the "Medical Cannabis Patient Registry"

Expands qualifying medical conditions by removing severity requirements (such as "severe" or "end stage") for most conditions including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, sickle cell disease, Tourette's syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, AIDS, and peripheral neuropathy

Adds two new qualifying conditions: intractable pain and lupus

Authorizes the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission to conduct public awareness and education activities about the medical cannabis program for the public, law enforcement, and healthcare providers

Permits licensees to provide product information directly to physicians, registered patients, and caregivers, subject to commission regulations that prohibit unsupported medical claims, false statements, and content attractive to children
