Requires all health benefit policies in Georgia to cover complementary and alternative therapies provided by licensed physicians, acupuncturists, chiropractors, or massage therapists as a mandatory endorsement

Creates an optional endorsement for coverage of therapies provided by qualified herbalists, homeopaths, or naturopaths when ordered by a licensed physician

Excludes disability income, long-term care, Medicare supplement, workers' compensation, specified disease, credit, hospital indemnity, and limited accident policies from the requirements; also excludes self-funded employer plans subject to ERISA

Allows the Insurance Commissioner to approve exclusions, reductions, deductibles, and coinsurance limitations on the required coverages

Effective July 1, 2025, applying to all policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after that date
