Amends Code Section 12-3-192.1 to revise the stated purposes of the Stone Mountain Memorial Association

Removes the purpose "to maintain an appropriate and suitable memorial for the Confederacy"

Replaces Confederate memorial purpose with new language "to educate the public about the natural history of the mountain and its environment, and the history of human interaction with the mountain and its surroundings"

Retains existing purposes of preserving natural areas within Stone Mountain Park and providing public access to the mountain for Georgia citizens
