Amends Georgia's Quality Basic Education Act to create a new "Students Living in Poverty Program" with a funding weight of 1.7500 and a student-teacher ratio of 1 to 15

Defines "student living in poverty" as a public school student whose family receives SNAP or TANF benefits, is in foster care, or lacks stable housing

Defines "student without stable housing" using the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act definition of homeless children and youths (as of January 1, 2025)

Defines "student in foster care" as a public school student placed in foster family homes, child care institutions, or other substitute care settings approved by the Department of Human Services
