Prohibits judges from ordering family reunification treatments or services in child custody cases, effective July 1, 2025

Defines "family reunification treatments or services" as therapeutic interventions requiring all of the following: court-ordered restrictions on parent-child contact, overnight stays at out-of-state facilities/hotels/camps, use of private youth transporters employing force or coercion, and mandatory attendance at educational or experimental workshops

Preserves judicial authority to order psychological custody evaluations and independent medical evaluations

Maintains existing civil liability protections for court-appointed custody evaluators and guardians ad litem except in cases of bad faith
