Fees for issuance, manufacture, and renewal of alternative fueled vehicle specialty license plates would be waived upon proof of payment of the required registration fee

Alternative fuels are defined as electricity, natural gas, and propane; vehicles running primarily on compressed natural gas, liquefied natural gas, or liquefied petroleum gas are exempt from these fees

Eliminates the existing formula that adjusts fees based on fuel efficiency changes and Consumer Price Index
