Minimum required coverage is $500,000 per single occurrence and $1 million in the aggregate

Amends Code Section 20-1A-10 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to regulation of early care and education programs

Effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
