Repeals Code Section 20-1-11 of the "Protect Students First Act" (enacted 2022), which prohibited advocating for "divisive concepts" in Georgia public schools and established related complaint resolution policies and records inspection requirements

Removes restrictions that prohibited the Professional Standards Commission from basing teacher certification or classification on completion of training programs involving divisive concepts

Eliminates the prohibition on requiring educators to complete training programs involving divisive concepts as part of performance standards or the code of ethics

Removes the restriction added in 2022 that prevented conflict management, resolution, and cultural diversity training programs from advocating for divisive concepts
