Expands preferential voting access (skip-the-line privileges) to voters who are blind, deaf, an amputee, pregnant, accompanied by children 2 years old or younger, or accompanied by children with special needs of any age

Currently, only voters 75 years or older and disabled voters requiring assistance qualify for preferential treatment; this bill adds the new categories while retaining existing eligibility

During advance voting, qualified voters may vote immediately at the next available booth or go to the head of the line for written absentee ballots at registrar's offices and other designated locations

On election day, preferential treatment applies only between 9:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M.

Requires prominent display of notice about these provisions at voting locations
