Repeals the prohibition on advertising and marketing low THC oil products by medical cannabis licensees to registered patients and the general public in Georgia

Removes the previous authorization for licensees to provide product information directly to physicians

Requires the Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission to promulgate rules and regulations governing advertising and marketing of low THC oil products

Advertising regulations must ensure marketing does not include medical claims unsupported by reliable scientific evidence and is not otherwise harmful to the public

Maintains existing location restrictions: licensees cannot operate within 3,000 feet of schools, daycares, or places of worship; dispensaries cannot operate within 1,000 feet of these covered entities
