Authorizes the City of Cedartown, Georgia to exercise all redevelopment powers under the state's "Redevelopment Powers Law," including creating tax allocation districts, issuing tax allocation bonds, and undertaking community redevelopment projects

Requires a local referendum for Cedartown voters to approve or reject the redevelopment authority, scheduled for the Tuesday following the third Tuesday in March 2025

Mandates election notice be published in Polk County's official organ at least 90 days before the election and once weekly for two weeks immediately preceding the vote

Requires more than one-half of votes cast to approve the Act; if rejected or the election is not held as specified, the Act automatically repeals on January 1 following the election date

City of Cedartown bears all election expenses, and the election superintendent must certify results to the Secretary of State
