Amends Georgia Code Section 16-7-21 to add a new subsection (f) defining criminal trespass at religious and funeral gatherings

Creates the offense of criminal trespass when a person knowingly enters another's property without authority and willfully and maliciously interrupts or disturbs assemblies gathered for religious worship or observance

Extends the same protection to gatherings held for purposes of acknowledging the death of an individual (funerals, memorial services)

Requires that the interruption or disturbance be conducted in a manner that a reasonable person would conclude poses a threat to the safety of those assembled
