Requires health benefit policies in Georgia to cover annual prostate cancer screenings for men classified as high risk, including digital rectal examinations and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) tests

Defines "high risk" men as those ages 40-49 with a family history of prostate cancer, all men age 50 and older, and other men as determined by a physician

Family history includes having a first-degree relative diagnosed with prostate cancer, who died from it, or who has a genetic alteration or cancer type associated with increased prostate cancer risk

Applies to individual and group health plans issued by healthcare corporations, HMOs, PPOs, accident and sickness insurers, fraternal benefit societies, and similar entities

Takes effect upon Governor's approval and applies to policies issued, delivered, or renewed on or after January 1, 2026
