Repeals the Act creating the Lower Chattahoochee Regional Airport Authority, originally approved May 5, 2006, along with its 2010 and 2012 amendments

All assets of the Authority automatically transfer to Randolph County, Georgia without requiring further action

All obligations and liabilities of the Authority transfer to and are assumed by Randolph County, Georgia

Randolph County Board of Commissioners is authorized to execute deeds, conveyances, and other instruments in the name of the Authority to complete the asset and liability transfers
