Allows pharmacy technicians to perform technical functions from remote locations outside the pharmacy, with remote technicians not counted toward the 1:4 pharmacist-to-technician supervisory ratio

Removes certification requirements for pharmacy technicians that previously mandated 2 of 4 technicians be certified when supervising four or more, or 1 of 3 when supervising three

Increases the number of pharmacy interns and externs a pharmacist may supervise, from one of each to up to six persons total in any combination

Removes the one-year expiration date restriction on drugs the State Board of Pharmacy can exempt from wholesale distributor return requirements for healthcare-essential medications
