Amends Georgia Code Section 17-6-12 to add three new felony offenses to the list of crimes that restrict unsecured judicial release (release without posting bail)

Adds felony obstruction or hindering of law enforcement officers (Code Section 16-10-24) to the restricted release list

Adds felony obstruction or hindering of firefighters (Code Section 16-10-24.1) to the restricted release list

Adds felony obstruction or hindering of emergency medical technicians or emergency medical professionals (Code Section 16-10-24.2) to the restricted release list
