Removes six kickboxing and combat sport organizations from the list of recognized amateur athletic bodies in Georgia law: International Sport Kick Boxing/Karate Association, World Kick Boxing Association, United States Kick Boxing Association, International Sport Combat Federation, and International Kick Boxing Federation

Retains recognition for traditional amateur organizations including U.S.A. Boxing, NCAA, Golden Gloves, USA Wrestling, Georgia High School Athletic Association, and Professional Karate Commission

Amends the definition of "amateur" in Code Section 43-4B-1 to narrow which governing bodies can authorize unpaid boxing, wrestling, and martial arts participants

Updates exemptions in Code Section 43-4B-2 so that matches governed by the removed organizations would now be subject to state professional combat sports regulations

Reduces the total number of recognized amateur sanctioning bodies from 16 to 11 (including local affiliates)
