Requires bicyclists to signal turns at least 50 feet before completing the turn, using right arm extended horizontally for right turns or left arm extended upward, and left arm extended horizontally for left turns

Exempts bicyclists from signaling requirements when doing so would create an unsafe condition endangering any person

Allows bicyclists approaching stop signs at intersections with highways of two or fewer lanes to slow to a reasonable speed instead of coming to a complete stop (known as an "Idaho stop")

Requires bicyclists to yield the right of way to pedestrians and vehicles in the intersection or approaching closely enough to constitute an immediate hazard

Permits bicyclists to proceed through intersections without stopping when no pedestrian or vehicle is approaching closely enough to constitute a hazard
