Adopts the "Official Map or Description of the Corporate Limits of the City of Acworth, Georgia" dated December 19, 2024, prepared by the City Clerk, as the official map of corporate limits

Establishes that corporate boundaries as of January 1, 2025, shall be reflected on the adopted official map

Requires the official map or written description to be permanently retained in the office of the city clerk

Allows certified copies of the map or description to be admitted as evidence in all courts with the same force as the original

Amends Section 1.11 of the City of Acworth charter, originally approved February 17, 1989, and most recently amended May 6, 2024
