State Election Board will be administratively attached to the State Accounting Office instead of the Secretary of State's office, effective July 1, 2025, and will maintain custody of all state election investigative reports

Prohibits the Secretary of State and local election officials from participating in multistate voter list maintenance organizations that encourage contacting unregistered individuals or share data beyond removing ineligible voters; authorizes joint compacts with other states for voter list maintenance instead

Drop boxes must be located inside advance voting locations, open only during advance voting hours, and closed when the advance voting period ends; video surveillance required when advance voting is not occurring

Municipalities may opt out of Saturday advance voting for standalone municipal elections that are not held concurrent with county or state elections

Election superintendents must post precinct-level vote totals by voting method on their public website by 11:59 PM on election night; special election timelines extended to require 60 days between call and special primary (45 days for special elections) effective July 1, 2026
