Amends the City of Conyers charter (originally approved March 16, 1978) to expand the city's corporate limits by annexing 27 specifically described parcels in Rockdale County, Georgia

Parcels being annexed are located primarily along Milstead Avenue, Milstead Road, Old Covington Highway, Old McDonough Highway, Old Salem Road, and Highway 138 in the 16th District

Properties range in size from approximately 0.19 acres to 26.94 acres, including commercial properties, a CSX/Georgia Railroad corridor parcel, and various individual lots
