Amends Georgia Code Section 16-6-5 to expand the offense of "enticing a child for indecent purposes" to include traveling from another state into Georgia for the purpose of child molestation or indecent acts

Current law covers soliciting, enticing, or taking any child under age 16 to any place for indecent purposes; the amendment adds interstate travel as a separate triggering action

Applies to children under the age of 16 years
