Allows nonprofit organizations to list multiple bingo game locations on license applications and removes the requirement that leased property be "used regularly" for purposes other than bingo

Increases the maximum number of bingo sessions from one to three per calendar day, with each session limited to five hours

Raises the weekly prize limit from $3,000 to $6,000 in cash or gifts of equivalent value

Increases compensation for individuals assisting with bingo games from $30 per day to $150 per session

Limits any single premises to no more than 31 bingo sessions per month when multiple licensed organizations operate at the same location
