Adds fentanyl and fentanyl analog structural class to Georgia's drug trafficking statute, explicitly making sale, manufacture, delivery, or possession of 4 grams or more a trafficking offense

4 to 14 grams: mandatory minimum 5 years imprisonment and $50,000 fine

14 to 28 grams: mandatory minimum 10 years imprisonment and $100,000 fine

28 grams or more: mandatory minimum 25 years imprisonment and $500,000 fine

Effective July 1, 2025, applying to offenses committed on or after that date
