Creates QBE (Quality Basic Education) funding assistance to reimburse eligible public schools for costs incurred to reduce school violence and improve safety infrastructure

Limits allowable expenditures to: mobile surveillance camera trailers, onsite command centers, weapon detection technology, vaping/tobacco detection systems, and marijuana detection systems

Requires the State Board of Education to annually determine funding amounts, establish eligibility requirements, and create application procedures for schools seeking assistance

Mandates annual assessment of whether the funding is effectively reducing school violence and improving safety

Effective July 1, 2025, with funding applicable beginning in the 2026-2027 school year
