Licensed general hospitals and birthing centers must make a water safety education video available to parents or guardians of newborn infants to view onsite prior to discharge

Hospitals and birthing centers must provide parents/guardians with a water safety education form developed by the Department of Community Health

The Department of Community Health is required to develop the water safety education form and promulgate rules and regulations for implementation

Amends Article 1 of Chapter 7 of Title 31 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding new Code Section 31-7-24
