Adds approximately 60 new pharmaceutical compounds to Georgia's dangerous drug list, including gene therapies (lifileucel, exagamglogene autotemcel), cancer treatments (donanemab-azbt, tislelizumab-jsgr), and the smallpox and mpox vaccine

Adds peanut allergen powder (arachis hypogaea) to the dangerous drug classification

Becomes effective upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
