Authorizes the Legislative Counsel to publish Georgia Laws (Acts and resolutions of the General Assembly) electronically as an alternative to traditional hardbound volumes, provided the format is suitable for permanent records.

Allows Acts and resolutions from special sessions to be published electronically or in print and distributed together with those from the subsequent regular session.

Assigns the Georgia Code Revision Commission new duties to provide assistance and oversight for the digitization and electronic publication of Georgia Laws.

Creates a permanent digital repository of Georgia's session laws with single-point public access to local Acts, general Acts, and resolutions of the General Assembly.
