Extends the sunset date for air gun hunting of big game from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030, allowing continued use of air guns (0.30 caliber or larger) and air bows during primitive weapon and firearm seasons

Requires the General Assembly to review the air gun hunting provision at its 2030 regular session to determine whether it should continue

Expands bow and arrow fishing for catfish from only the Savannah River Basin to all state waters, and from only channel and flathead catfish to any catfish species

Maintains existing requirements for bow fishing including valid fishing license, barbed arrows attached by line, prohibition on poisonous/exploding heads, and 150-foot distance from other recreators

Permits bow fishing for catfish at any time of day or night with use of a light statewide
