Amends Georgia Code Section 21-2-30 to expand when State Election Board members elected by the General Assembly can be removed from office

Currently, elected board members can only be removed by a majority vote of the house that elected them while the General Assembly is in session

Adds new authority for the President of the Senate to remove Senate-elected members, and the Speaker of the House to remove House-elected members, when the General Assembly is not in session

Changes removal procedures for appointed members filling vacancies to follow the same process as elected members, rather than requiring a majority vote of the house whose presiding officer made the appointment

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor or upon becoming law without such approval
