Disqualifies persons who engaged in insurrection or rebellion after taking an oath to support the U.S. Constitution from being nominated or elected to office in Georgia, codifying Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment into state law.

Prohibits election superintendents, political parties, and political bodies from qualifying or listing on any ballot candidates disqualified under the Fourteenth Amendment's Insurrection Clause.

Bars any person who participated in or certified documentation related to presidential elector selection or voting in violation of state or federal law from being nominated or elected to office.

Adds two new grounds for automatic vacation of state office: disqualification under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment, or engaging in activities that could define a person as "subversive" under Georgia's Sedition and Subversive Activities Act of 1953.

Requires at least 10 days' notice to the affected officeholder before filling a vacancy, with decisions appealable to superior court.
