Local school systems must offer PSAT/NMSQT, SAT, PreACT, ACT, ASVAB, and Advanced Placement exams to home study students in grades 6-12 who reside within the district

Home study students must be allowed to take exams under the same rules, policies, and procedures as enrolled students, either at the same time or at an alternate date selected by the school system

School systems must post public website notices of exam dates, registration deadlines, procedures, and availability to home study students

School systems cannot charge home study students any fees beyond what enrolled students pay or impose requirements that conflict with or exceed state home study program requirements
