Increases the number of superior court judges in the Alapaha Judicial Circuit from 2 to 3

Governor will appoint the additional judge for a term beginning January 1, 2026, and expiring December 31, 2028, with successors elected in nonpartisan judicial elections for four-year terms

The new judge receives the same compensation, salary, and expense allowance from the State of Georgia and circuit counties as existing judges, including county salary supplements

Authorizes employment of an additional court reporter for the circuit

County governing authorities must provide the judges with courtrooms, facilities, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel, with costs paid from county treasuries
