Increases the number of superior court judges in Georgia's Northeastern Judicial Circuit from five to six

Governor will appoint the sixth judge for an initial term beginning January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028, with successors elected in nonpartisan judicial elections starting in 2028 for four-year terms

The new judge receives the same compensation, salary, and expense allowance from the State of Georgia and circuit counties as existing superior court judges in the circuit

Authorizes the circuit judges to adopt rules of practice, divide and allocate workload among themselves, and conduct simultaneous jury trials or hearings across the circuit

County governing authorities must provide the judges with courtrooms, office space, equipment, supplies, and personnel, with costs paid from county treasuries
