Creates the "Radiologist Assistant Act" establishing state licensure for radiologist assistants through the Georgia Composite Medical Board, effective July 1, 2026

Requires applicants to be at least 21 years old, registered as a radiographer with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, and certified as a radiologist assistant or radiology practitioner assistant

Authorizes radiologist assistants to perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures including injecting diagnostic agents, diagnostic aspirations, and localizations under on-site direct supervision of a radiologist, with noninvasive procedures allowed under general supervision

Prohibits radiologist assistants from interpreting images, making diagnoses, or prescribing medications or therapies

Establishes a 5-member advisory committee including at least one radiologist, three licensed radiologist assistants, and one consumer representative to consult on licensing and rulemaking
