Exempts employees from Georgia's workers' compensation law if their employer is covered by and provides coverage under the federal Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act (33 U.S.C. Section 901, et seq.) and its extensions

Amends Code Section 34-9-2 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated by adding a new subsection (g) creating this exemption

Prevents duplicate workers' compensation coverage for maritime and harbor workers already protected under federal law

Affects longshoremen, harbor workers, and other maritime employees working on navigable waters or adjoining areas in Georgia
