Authorizes the Municipal Court of the City of Cleveland, Georgia to charge a technology fee as a surcharge on each criminal and quasi-criminal fine, with a maximum amount of $10.00 set by order of the court judge

Restricts fee usage exclusively to technology needs of the court and city police department, including computer hardware/software and equipment for imaging, scanning, facsimile, communications, projections, and printing

Requires all collected funds to be maintained in a segregated account separate from other city funds, managed by the chief financial officer and clerk of court

Expenditures from the fund require direction from the city manager and may be used to reimburse the city's information technology department for services provided to the court or police department
