Authorizes the State Court of Colquitt County clerk to charge a $10.00 technology fee as a surcharge on each fine for motor vehicle and traffic violations (Title 40 of O.C.G.A.)

Fee revenue must be used exclusively for technological needs of the State Court of Colquitt County and the Colquitt County Sheriff, including computer hardware/software, audio-visual equipment, and digital archiving of records

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the state court clerk and used only for authorized technology purposes

Authority to assess the technology fee terminates on July 1, 2035, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Colquitt County technology needs
