Extends the program allowing public school systems to hire retired Teachers Retirement System of Georgia beneficiaries as full-time classroom teachers from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2030

Eligible retirees must have at least 30 years of creditable service, wait one year after retirement, and teach in pre-K through grade 12 in designated "areas of highest need" within their RESA

Retired teachers continue receiving full retirement benefits while working, but earn no additional creditable service and cannot recompute benefits upon ending employment

Employers must pay combined employer and employee contribution rates to the retirement system for each hired retiree and notify the board of trustees within 30 days of employment

Extends the deadline for the state auditor's required performance audit on the program's value and effects from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2029
