Reduces the Chatham County Recreation Authority board from up to 14 members to 9 members, with the transition occurring between July 1, 2025 and March 1, 2029

Transfers primary appointment authority to the Chatham County legislative delegation, which will appoint 7 members to serve two-year terms

Requires the Board of Commissioners of Chatham County to appoint 2 members to four-year terms: one from nominees provided by the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce, and one at-large appointment

Abolishes board positions of all current members (except two specified seats) upon expiration of their terms after June 30, 2025

Effective date of July 1, 2025, with quorum defined as a majority of authorized board members
