Replaces criminal penalties (misdemeanors and felonies with potential imprisonment) for violations of Code Sections 16-6-9 through 16-6-12 (sexual offenses) with monetary fines only

Sets fines at $75.00 for first offenses and $100.00 for second or subsequent offenses under Code Sections 16-6-11 and 16-6-12

Eliminates imprisonment options including the previous penalties of up to 1-10 years for repeat felony offenses

Directs all collected fines to the Department of Human Services for the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund Commission
