Expands the definition of "approved school" for Georgia's tuition equalization grant program to include qualified nonproprietary nursing schools accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools or the Higher Learning Commission, with at least 80% NCLEX passage rate and a Georgia campus for at least 10 years as of June 30, 2025

Changes the eligibility date for qualified proprietary institutions from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2015, requiring them to have been located in Georgia and met all requirements by that earlier date

Nursing programs qualifying under the new provision are limited to tuition equalization grants only and are explicitly excluded from HOPE scholarships, dual enrollment programs, and other state scholarship/grant programs

Extends approved school status to institutions previously accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools within the last seven years, even if currently lacking accreditation

Amends Code Section 20-3-411 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated relating to definitions for tuition equalization grants at private colleges and universities
