Adds "the history of Black Americans, including both the struggles and the triumphs of Black Americans throughout the history of the United States and the contributions of Black Americans to American society" as a required topic under transformational movements in American history for high school coursework

Requires each local education agency to conduct educational programs and activities equal to at least one class period addressing Black American history, including struggles, triumphs, and contributions to American society

Encourages schools to focus these educational programs and activities during the month of February

Amends Georgia's Quality Basic Education Act (Code Section 20-2-142.1) with an effective date for the 2025-2026 school year
