Authorizes Glynn County to levy an excise tax up to 7% on hotel, motel, inn, lodge, tourist camp, cabin, campground, and other short-term lodging accommodations

Follows Resolution #R-06-25 adopted by Glynn County's governing authority on January 16, 2025, which established the tax rate and allocation of proceeds

Requires at least 50% of tax revenue collected above the 5% baseline rate be spent on promoting tourism, conventions, and trade shows through the county's designated destination marketing organization

Remaining revenue above the 5% baseline must be used for tourism product development
