Amends the City of Lawrenceville charter to annex approximately 1,184 tax parcels in Gwinnett County into the city's corporate limits, as identified in a map dated February 9, 2025 and adopted by city council resolution on February 12, 2025

Requires a referendum on the annexation to be held during the 2026 general primary election, with only electors in the territory proposed for annexation eligible to vote

Annexation becomes effective December 31, 2026 if approved by more than half of voters; automatically repeals on July 1 following the election if rejected

City of Lawrenceville must pay any additional costs associated with adding the referendum to the election ballot

Gwinnett County election superintendent responsible for conducting the special election and certifying results to the Secretary of State
