Gwinnett County must pay each Superior Court judge of the Gwinnett Judicial Circuit an annual salary supplement of $80,200.00, paid in equal monthly installments

Gwinnett County's governing authority may pay additional amounts to the superior court judges beyond the required supplement, at amounts the governing authority determines

Effective date is July 1, 2025, but only if the General Assembly does not pass separate legislation prohibiting local salary supplements for superior court judges during the 2025 session

If legislation prohibiting local salary supplements is enacted in 2025, this Act is automatically repealed on July 1, 2025
