Amends Georgia Code Section 40-6-76 to revise the definition of "funeral procession" to require all participating vehicles to operate with illuminated headlights and be led by either a vehicle with funeral home insignia or a state/local law enforcement vehicle

Requires drivers encountering a law enforcement-led funeral procession on a two-lane highway to yield right of way, pull to the right-hand curb or roadway edge, stop, and remain stopped until the procession passes when lead and rear vehicles display flashing hazard lights

Exempts commercial motor vehicle operators from the pull-over requirement if compliance would be contrary to safe operation, violate federal/state/local law, or create unsafe conditions

Establishes violations as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $100.00

Grants law enforcement officers directing or escorting funeral processions the same liability immunities they possess during other official duties, whether on duty or off duty
