Authorizes the Crawford County Probate Court to charge a technology fee up to $5.00 per civil action filing and up to $5.00 as a surcharge on each fine assessed by the court

Fees must be used exclusively for court technology needs including computer hardware/software, imaging and scanning equipment, communications systems, and digitization of court records for public access

Collected funds must be maintained in a segregated account by the probate court clerk and used only for authorized technology purposes

Fee authority terminates on July 1, 2035, with any remaining funds dedicated to general Crawford County technology uses
