Authorizes the City of Cedartown, Georgia to exercise all redevelopment powers under the state's "Redevelopment Powers Law," including creating tax allocation districts, issuing tax allocation bonds, and incurring related obligations

Requires a local referendum for voter approval, scheduled for the Tuesday following the third Tuesday in June 2025

Mandates election notice publication in Polk County's official organ once at least 90 days before the election and once weekly for two weeks immediately preceding the vote

Requires more than one-half of votes cast to approve the Act; if not approved or if the election is not conducted as specified, the Act automatically repeals on the following January 1

City of Cedartown bears all election expenses, and the election superintendent must certify results to the Secretary of State
